About the Role
Inquiring Minds Behavioral & Developmental Services is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team as a Program Supervisor. In this leadership role, you will oversee the clinical programming for a caseload of clients, supervise and mentor behavior technicians, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
This position is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and making a lasting impact in the lives of children with autism and developmental needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based ABA methodologies
- Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
- Provide direct and indirect supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians, including observation, feedback, and competency evaluations
- Analyze client data to monitor progress, make data-driven decisions, and adjust programming as needed
- Conduct regular parent and caregiver training sessions to support generalization of skills
- Collaborate with other professionals, including speech-language pathologists, counselors, and school personnel
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical discussions
- Provide fieldwork supervision for individuals pursuing BCBA certification, if applicable
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
- Uphold the ethical standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and all applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a closely related field
- Current, active BCBA certification through the BACB
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience delivering ABA therapy services
- Demonstrated experience supervising and training direct care staff
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Familiarity with common assessment tools (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar)

Requirements
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field (required)
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing ABA services
- Experience supervising RBTs and/or behavior technicians
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check
