Vasuda founded Inquiring Minds in June 2017 with a vision for delivering compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy. She provides clinical oversight and consultations across both the Colorado and Alabama locations, ensuring every family receives the highest standard of care.
Nina Sallis
Administrative Director

Nina advanced from RBT to Administrative Director over six years with Inquiring Minds. She manages client intake, ensures timely insurance authorizations, and oversees administrative operations including HR coordination, keeping the organization running smoothly behind the scenes.
Arynn Troupe

Arynn started her career as an RBT and has grown into a leadership role where she trains new technicians and provides hands-on clinical support to both staff and clients. Her firsthand experience at every level of care brings valuable perspective to the team.

Annika is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst dedicated to providing child-led, evidence-based ABA therapy using Natural Environment Teaching. She works closely with families to build meaningful, real-world skills for every child she serves.
Sarah Messer
ABA Program Director, Colorado

Sarah started as an RBT and earned her BCBA certification in 2020. She previously served as Clinical Director in Madison and now leads the Colorado operations, providing remote consultation and supporting clinic administration across state lines.
