The classroom presents unique challenges for children with behavioral and developmental needs. Our school consultation services bridge the gap between clinic-based therapy and the school environment, helping educators and support staff create conditions where every student can succeed.

Our School Services

Our Licensed Behavior Analysts partner directly with school teams to provide practical, evidence-based support tailored to each student and setting:

• Individual Education Plan (IEP) Development, Advocacy, & Support — Collaborating with school teams to develop meaningful behavioral and academic goals, and advocating for appropriate services and accommodations
• Staff Training & Support — Equipping teachers, aides, and school staff with ABA-informed strategies for managing behavior, increasing engagement, and supporting skill development in the classroom
• Academic Interventions — Designing and implementing evidence-based strategies to address academic skill deficits and support learning across subject areas

Additional Support

Beyond these core services, our school consultation can include:

• Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) — Identifying the reasons behind challenging behaviors in the classroom
• Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) — Developing clear, actionable strategies teachers and aides can implement consistently
• Observation and coaching — Providing in-classroom observation followed by targeted feedback and coaching
